We will explain the work process, the methodologies and the resources requirements. Alternatively, we can provide a free educational talk on service innovation to the employees of clients. As client participation is vital in InnoFoco projects, these sessions provide us an opportunity to get to know one another so that we can ascertain whether the ¡¥chemistry¡¦ is there for a successful partnership.
